The Small Vessel Operator Proficiency (SVOP) course has been designed to instruct owners and operators of small Non-Pleasure vessels on the proper safety and operating procedures as required by Canadian law.
Topics covered will include, but not limited to:
This course meets the requirements of a stand-alone course that addresses the particular need for minimum training of operators of commercial vessels, other than tugs and fishing vessels,
